Today, we’re thrilled to share an exciting adventure we recently embarked on: unboxing and installing a wall mount LiFePO4 battery. This isn’t an ordinary unboxing and installation. It was a delightful journey packed with fun and learning, a unique experience that gave us a close look at the advancements in energy storage technologies.

    Here is the detailed process for unpacking and installing the wall mount lifepo4 battery:

    1. The first step in this process involves conducting a thorough inspection of the accessories included in the package. This is to ensure the completeness and condition of these components. The package should contain a battery rack, a product manual, four expansion screws, one inverter communication line, and two battery output lines. These output lines are color-coded, with the orange line indicating the positive pole and the black one indicating the negative pole. All of these components should be present and free from damage.

    2. In the second step, you will install the battery rack at the designated point on the wall. Mounting the rack may require assistance due to the precision required for its positioning.     3. With the battery rack securely mounted, the next step is to remove the battery from its packaging. The battery has handles located on both sides of its bottom. These should be used to gently lift and position the battery onto the rack.

    Inverter unpacking, installation and debugging

    Unpacking, installing, and debugging your energy storage inverter involves several steps:

    1. Verify the completeness and condition of the accessories.
    2. Drill holes at the designated points.
    3. Mount the inverter on the wall.
    4. Open the inverter and complete the basic wiring.
    5. Connect to the battery port and begin debugging.

    Start by confirming the completeness and condition of the inverter-related accessories which include a CT, data collector, data acquisition line, temperature probe, magnetic ring, expansion screws, and product manual.

    Before proceeding with the installation, refer to the instruction manual for safety guidelines and reference points for the installation height and length.

    Use the expansion screws to secure the inverter at the four corners. Measure and mark the installation dimensions, drill holes at the inverter’s fixed point.

    After removing the screws and fixing brackets that come with the inverter, align the positioning nail holes with the expansion screws and reinstall the screws at the top and bottom of the inverter. Confirm that the screws are secure.Inverter unpacking, installation and debugging

    Next, open the front cover of the inverter and loosen the interface cap at the lower end of the battery port to facilitate wiring access. Take care to distinguish the positive and negative terminals when wiring.

    Connect the inverter to the CAN port and mains port, ensuring the mains gate is closed.

    Lastly, connect the load port and check whether the port cap is tightened. Use a data collector to connect it to the bottom port of the inverter and ensure the front cover of the inverter is secure.

    Connect the other end of the inverter to the battery and power it on. To debug, navigate to the settings and adjust to the lithium battery protocol, adjust the battery capacity, as well as maximum charge and discharge. You can then set the time period for charging and discharging according to your needs.

    After configuration, you can view the battery capacity and BMS system, which displays battery voltage and other parameters. Once you’ve verified these details, the debugging process is complete.
